And Alessandra Rampolla, 47, dispensed her intimacy wisdom for the Today audience on Tuesday – leaving one host very hot under the collar.

Fill-in host Alex Cullen was visibly blushing as Alessandra frankly discussed masturbation on the breakfast show.
