‘Women Live In Constant Fear Of Men’ –Genevieve



Nigerian thespian, Genevieve Nnaji, has bared her thoughts on the recent rape and deaths of two Nigerian girls, Uwa Omozua and Tina Ezekwe.

A trigger-happy police officer killed Tina, a 16-year-old, while Uwa was raped and murdered in a church where she was reading.

Reacting to these incidents, Nollywood actress Genevieve lambasted the men for abusing their power, making women live in fear.

In her words, “They either abuse their power or have the power to abuse. In or out of uniform, we live in constant fear of men. Tina Ezekwe. Vera Omozuwa. Rest In Peace my darlings. We will get justice”, Genevieve shared.

The veteran screen diva’s tweet has since met mixed reactions on the micro-blogging, social media platform, twitter.
