Tribunal rules in favour of Zeb Ejiro over ‘Domitilla’ copyright issue

‘Domitilla’ is the title of a movie produced in 1996 by Zeb Ejiro, which starred Njemanze as the lead character.

Annie Njemanze’s registration and application of ‘Domitilla’ as a trademark have been cancelled by the Trademark Tribunal in Abuja.
