Popular Yoruba movie actress, Funmi Awelewa speaks on why she can’t date any Nigerian man.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress expressed her admiration for Portuguese footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Declaring her love for Ronaldo, the actress aired her willingness to date the footballer while unilaterally dubbing herself as Ronaldo’s wife.
According to her, her love for Ronaldo is the reason she is not engaged to any Nigerian man at the moment.
Awelewa revealed that she dreamt about her and Ronaldo being in a romantic relationship and believes her dream will come true soonest.
Translating from Yoruba, she said:
“I had a dream about Cristiano Ronaldo, and I know my dream will come true.” I would love to date Christiano Ronaldo; that’s why I’m not engaged to any Nigerian man.”
