Recall that on Tuesday 12 September, Mohbad passed away mysteriously, leaving many heartbroken.
Reports from entertainment journalist Ovie on X (formerly Twitter) indicate that the 27-year-old Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter, passed away. However, the exact cause of his demise remains undisclosed at this time.
It’s worth noting that Mohbad was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” but departed from the label in 2022. He had gained widespread recognition for his hit singles such as “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” in collaboration with Rexxie.
The passing of Mohbad is a profound loss to the Nigerian music industry and has left fans in mourning.
