This recognition was articulated in a recent statement on their official website, where they extended congratulations to Burna Boy and other nominees for the inaugural category of Best African Music Performance at the 2024 Grammys.
The Grammy Awards specifically highlighted Burna Boy’s noteworthy contributions, emphasizing his impactful collaborations with global icons such as Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber.
Additionally, they underscored his accomplishment in securing his first UK No. 1 album in the current year with “I Told Them…”. This album, characterized by a classic hip-hop influence, features guest appearances from acclaimed artists such as 21 Savage, J. Cole, RZA, and GZA.
