Neo and Pere set to join Big Brother Naija ‘married men’s club’

Popular reality TV personalities and Neo have expressed their want to become part of the growing number of married Big Naija former housemates.

Their declaration comes after Chizzy and Leo Da Silva, who competed in BBNaija 2020 and 2018, respectively, recently tied the knot with their sweethearts.

Among the other housemates who have tied the knot with their own beauties are Teddy A, Tobi Bakre, Gedoni, and Frodd.

Following a fan's congratulations on the male housemate' nuptials on Twitter, Neo announced his intention to tie the knot.

The fan wrote;

Tobi, Frodd, Chizzy, and now Leo are married. Next week Bitto too will marry. Nothing concern Bbn boys and building brand. Love it for them. We await the ladies”, to which Neo replied, “I'm next.”

Following this tweet, Pere remarked:

We might both be next simultaneously.”

It's no news that Pere and Mercy became an item at the twilight of the just concluded BBNaija All season and have been maintaining a low profile as regards their relationship since coming out of the show.

Recently, there were speculations that the two broke up especially after Mercy showed off gifts she received and Pere stated that he wasn't the sender.

Reacting to the breakup rumour, Pere stated that they are keeping their relationship out of the public eye.

Pere made the statement while speaking in a recent interview with TVC. He added that they are cool with each other and waiting to see where it leads them. In his words:

We [Mercy and I] are friends and we are just keeping everything out of the public. Let's see where it goes.”

On the post-show drama going online, especially between female housemates, Pere said:

Women are full of drama. So, they are just doing them. And they're just being women. Maybe we would all just sit down with some popcorn and watch the drama unfold.”
