- It’s not news that the media personality has been under fire back-to-back for weeks, due to different comments she made in a podcast she co-hosts.

Controversial Nollywood actress, video jockey and media personality, Moet Abebe has claimed that internet users, especially Nigerians, do not like nor appreciate outspoken women.
Moet Abebe, who has been under fire over some of her assertions on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast which she co-hosts with Big Brother Naija reality TV show star, Tolani Baj, said the internet despises women who are assertive.
She spoke in a recent interview with Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos, hosted by former reality TV star Natacha Akide, aka Tacha.
Abebe said:
“The internet in general or let me just say the internet in Nigeria. The internet, in general, doesn’t seem to like outspoken women.
“As long as you are a woman that is coming out to say this is what I like, this is what I don’t like, this is what I want, this is what I don’t want, the internet doesn’t like it.”
The host, Tacha, concurred with her, “exactly!”
In other news, Nigerian singer, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has revealed that he begged ace rapper and CEO of YBNL Nation, Olamide, for about two years before he accepted to sign him to the record label.
The ‘Mr Money’ crooner said the rapper invited him to his house one day and asked him whether he would like to join his record label, and he accepted with hesitation.
He said Olamide told him to get a lawyer and study the nature of the contract, but he was too excited and signed immediately.
