Street-hop artiste, Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable, and Fuji Maestro, Pasuma, took the stage on Friday night, delivering a memorable performance at the Celestial Church of Christ, Goshen Land Cathedral, in Lagos State.
Scheduled to perform at the praise night, the music stars caused a buzz on social media, with calls for their invitation to be canceled.
Despite a church leader announcing their removal from the lineup, Portable remained adamant about performing at the church event.
Making waves in a viral video, the Zazuu Crooner and Pasuma were spotted seated among the congregation, engaged in conversation at the venue of the praise night on Friday.
Pasuma set the church ablaze with his evergreen Fuji tunes echoing in the background, while Portable, decked out in traditional celestial church garb, belted out his street melodies amidst a sea of white-clad congregants in the Celestial church.
Portable was spotted lavishly showering the founder of Celestial’s Lagos church branch, Aderemi Dabiri with a substantial wad of cash at the Land of Goshen Celestial Church, added a touch of opulence to the spiritual ambiance.

The Senior pastor, Aderemi Dabiri, recently said the reason why he invited Alabi Pasuma and Portable, was to gain new converts.
The cleric made this known in a video where he was seen addressing a delegation of the church’s task force who visited his parish to have an audience with him.
The white garment church came under heavy criticism recently for inviting secular artistes to its praise night event.
While explaining the rationale behind the decision, Dabiri revealed that the choice of the two artistes was to attract deviants in the society.
