Amuda Mariam, the Nigerian lady better known as Mary Gold, has demonstrated both tenacity and wit as she pushes through her 100-hour marathon, aiming to smash the Guinness World Records for the lengthiest television talk show.

The TV presenter commenced the 100-hour show on December 16. She is expected to conclude the nearly four-day quest on December 20.

The exercise is being held at No 1, Taiwo Odekunle Street, off Coker Street, College Road, Ogba, Lagos.

Mariam titled the talk show ‘Pep Talk with MaryGold’, where she will be hosting 100 guests on set.

The videos on her page were sizzling hot, featuring the likes of the renowned Yoruba actor Damilola Olatunji, BBNaija sensation Saga, and a bunch of other A-listers gracing her show as guests.

The Tv presenter had earlier said during the exercise, she will be interviewing actors, actresses, CEOs, politicians, and many other dignitaries in Nigeria.

As of the time of this report, the TV host has surpassed 82 hours. The attempt is currently being aired live across her social media platforms.

In related news, Subair Enitan, the diligent student from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) attempting a handwashing marathon for a Guinness World Record, has refuted reports suggesting she faced health issues, landed in hospital.

In a heartfelt video shared across social media, Enitan expressed gratitude to the school, supporters, and sponsors, clarifying that she did not face any health complications despite the challenges of her wash-a-thon attempt.
