Popular Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has given fans a possible reason for him landing in a hospital.

On Tuesday, Dec. 19 Wizkid was hospitalized as a result of an unknown health issue.

The Grammy winner made this known through his Instagram page as he shared a photo of himself receiving drip from a hospital bed.

Sharing his hospital picture, Big Wiz captioned; “Re Up Bxtch

However, in a follow-up post, Machala hinted that he had consumed fake substances which could have caused health complications.

Wizkid wrote;

“Fake Igbo dey, fake yansh dey.”

WITHIN NIGERIA reported earlier that International superstar, Wizkid earned praises for visiting two communities in Lagos to distribute money to children.

Wizkid went to Makoko and Surelere on December 11 to share N100 million to kids from low income households in honour of his mother.

This was in fulfillment of a pledge he made to dole out 100 million naira to kids in these low income neighbourhoods to celebrate Christmas.

While details of how the money would be distributed were not made available by the singer, he disclosed earlier that he would begin the cash distribution in Surulere.

“₦100M for the kids for Christmas! God bless us all, starts in Surulere tonight. All in Morayo’s name, the love of my life.”
