- Lord Lamba, in a private conversation shared on the Instagram page of one Nigerian relationship expert, claimed that he had uploaded the pictures because of the rumours surrounding the paternity of their child.
- He denied the accusations of attempting to stop Queen from finding happiness.
- He promised to give her daughter a good upbringing despite the separation from Queen.
Nigerian skitmaker Promise Kelvin Anagbogu, a.k.a. Lord Lamba, has responded to the controversy his acts caused on social media, when his babymama and reality TV star Queen Atang got engaged.
Recall how a conversation between Queen and a doctor went viral online in 2022, sparking rumors that the Nigerian comedian Lord Lamba was the baby’s father.
Lord Lamba and the reality TV star, however, did not at the time declare their love relationship neither did they react to the rumors.
Intriguingly, on the day that Queen got engaged, Lord Lamba posted pictures of himself and their child on his Instagram page.
In response to the criticism, Lord Lamba stated in a private chat posted on Wale Jana’s Instagram page, that his action was prompted by online rumors about his child’s paternity.
The comedian insisted that he had always wanted his private life to remain private, and refuted claims that he was trying to prevent Queen from finding happiness.
He said:
“There were rumours saying this child was for her husband to be they thought it was lordlamba because of her engagement. So I posted my child to let people know that she is my child, with the caption of her full name, I have always wanted my personal life private, which includes my family, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been a father figure to my baby girl even if things didn’t work out for both of us that doesn’t mean she is a bad person or I’m the bad person, but all I want is a proper upbringing for princess, it’s not her fault the mom and dad are not together so we owe that child the best life ever.”
