‘How 2Baba’s ex-manager, Efe Omorogbe prevented singer from helping me’ – Dammy Krane

Nigerian musician Dammy Krane has dropped a bombshell, alleging that his fellow artist, 2Baba’s ex-manager, Efe Omorogbe, stopped the legendary singer from extending a helping hand during their time together at the Hypertek record label.

This revelation comes amid the news of 2Baba’s separation from his longtime manager, Omorogbe.

Dammy Krane, under his X handle, posted a screenshot of the report on social media;

This man was the reason why 2baba didn’t do the things he planned to do for me while I was signed to Hypertek. Thank God.”

In 2020, 2baba confessed that he didn’t do much for Dammy Krane whom he once signed to his HyperTek record label.

This was disclosed after Dammy Krane shared a screenshot of the DM sent to him by 2face who opened up that some legal issues he was facing at the time prevented him from doing much for his Act.

2Baba signed with Now Muzik management following his exit from The Plantashun Boiz in 2004.

Now Muzik posted a joint statement via Instagram on Wednesday, stating that the mutual agreement between 2face and Efe to part ways is with immediate effect.

Efe expressed appreciation to 2Baba, saying working with him was “beyond work.”

While relishing his achievements with 2Baba in the two decades of their partnership, he promised that he and his company would continue to support the singer from the sidelines.

On his part, 2Baba said he “owes a lot of my career success to Efe and his team at Now Muzik.”
