Portable’s remarks, captured in a viral video, were characterized by his trademark outspokenness as he expressed disbelief at the decision, questioning Bobrisky’s eligibility for the award.

He emphasized Bobrisky’s masculine attributes, highlighting the artificiality of the physical alterations undergone by the crossdresser.

In both Pidgin English and Yoruba, Portable said:

“Na so I hear say they give Bobrisky Best Female Dress(sic) for movie. Shey na woman? No be artificial. Man wey dey do yansh, wey dey do breast.”

Portable condemned the panel’s judgment at the movie premiere, suggesting that their decision sets a negative example for society.

The singer further argued that among the attendees, there were numerous stunning actresses more deserving of the award than Bobrisky, a crossdresser.

He asserted that Bobrisky’s self-proclaimed female identity was invalid, branding Bobrisky as a man who underwent cosmetic procedures to alter his appearance.

According to Portable, Bobrisky’s gender identity claims do not align with reality, and he threatened to beat up the crossdresser should he appear in his vicinity dressed as a woman.
