Pelumi Nubi, a Nigerian woman known for her daring road trip from London to Lagos State, has been appointed as an ambassador for Lagos State.
The announcement was made through a video shared by Pelumi Nubi on her X handle where she stood alongside Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
However, the generosity of the Lagos State government didn’t end with the ambassadorial title.
In addition to this prestigious role, Pelumi Nubi was honoured with a brand-new car and a house in Lagos, elevating her status and rewarding her extraordinary feat.
Moreover, she received a personalized license plate number, further symbolizing her unique role and contribution to the state.
Expressing her overwhelming joy and gratitude, Pelumi shared her sentiments on social media, describing the moment as a “great start and a new beginning.”
She expressed her appreciation for the opportunities bestowed upon her by His Excellency and acknowledged the blessings she had received.
