- Davido stirred up a frenzy online with a jaw-dropping revelation regarding his acclaimed record label, DMW.
- Breaking the news on his Twitter feed, the music maestro unveiled a seismic restructuring within his musical domain, announcing that all artists formerly affiliated with DMW have been swiftly transferred to a fresh, untapped label.
In a groundbreaking move, Nigerian music powerhouse David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has forged an electrifying partnership with UnitedMasters to unleash his new label, Nine+ Records, onto the scene.
Under the terms of this game-changing agreement, Davido assumes the helm of artist development and A&R duties, charting a course for a handpicked roster of Nigerian talents poised to redefine the musical landscape.
Consequently, his former record label, Davido Music Worldwide, DMW, has now been dissolved.
On his X handle on Saturday, the OBO Crooner disclosed that all the artists currently signed to DMW will move to Nine+.

Some of the artists currently signed to DMW include Dremo, Yonda, Peruzzi, Idowest from Lagos Island, DJ Ecool, Danagog, B-Red, Deekay, May D, Deinde, Ayanfe, Liya, Morravey, SayTheyCallMESG and Logos Olori.
UnitedMasters is owned by David Stout and a new player on the African music scene with a focus on artist development, A&R, artist signing and behind-the-scene matters.
At the unveiling, Steve Stoute, founder and CEO of UnitedMasters, said;
