Popular online activist VeryDarkman, has stirred controversy with his recent statement suggesting that the late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, may never receive justice for his untimely demise.
VeryDarkman expressed his sentiments following the release of a pathologist report indicating that the cause of Mohbad’s death could not be determined due to the advanced state of decomposition of his body.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, VeryDarkman asserted that Nigerians had impeded the course of justice by failing to advocate for the detention of Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, and the individuals who were present in the car on the day of his demise.
He adamantly contended that these individuals were the primary suspects in the case and should have been subjected to rigorous interrogation.
Despite widespread criticism directed at artists Naira Marley and Sam Larry in connection with Mohbad’s death, VeryDarkman adamantly defended them, asserting that they should not be held accountable for the tragedy.
He asserted that while they may have engaged in bullying behavior towards Mohbad in the past, they should only face charges related to bullying rather than being implicated in a murder case.
Expressing deep concern for Mohbad’s family and supporters, VeryDarkman called for the late singer to be accorded a dignified burial, emphasizing the uncertainty surrounding the prospect of obtaining the justice he deserves.
