I don’t have time for heartbreak – BBNaija’s Vee speaks on single status

  • Big Brother Naija star Vee has revealed why she is still single to anyone who is ready to listen.
  • She shared her agitation on being in an amorous relationship currently.
  • BBNaija’s Vee said she isn’t ready to go through any heartbreak.

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Victoria Iye, popularly known as Vee, has hinted at why she is still single.

She expressed her fears about being in a romantic relationship currently.

According to her, she is not ready for heartbreak, hence, she’s avoiding relationships.

The reality star wrote on her official handle on the microblogging platform, X:

“One thing I don’t have time for right now is heartbreak. I’m not in the mood for that at all. No bueno abeg.”

In another post, Vee wrote:

“I’m very good at loving someone from a distance. I won’t fight my feelings but I won’t fight my sense either.”

“Born to be a lover girl, forced to deal with love-bombers.”

Vee’s first publicly known relationship was her affair with former Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown’ colleague, Neo Akpofure.

Their relationship which began in Biggie’s house in 2020, however, hit the rocks shortly after the show.

During the All-Stars season, Neo claimed Vee approached him, asking him to take her back but he declined because she was still holding grudges against his cousin, Venita Akpofure.

In October last year, Vee revealed that she would give up on love after two more heartbreaks.

In other news, Nigerian filmmaker cum movie actor, Lateef Adedimeji has recounted how he was underpaid despite playing lead roles in movies.

The ‘Jagun Jagun’ star recalled that he was receiving as low as N4,000 for a lead role in 2014, 10 years ago.

According to Lateef Adedimeji, he only started getting paid N100,000 to N200,000 for a role in 2015.

He disclosed this on the latest episode of the ‘Deep Dive’ podcast hosted by comedian, Teju Babyface.
