Crystal McKinney, a former model, has come forward with allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, a prominent rapper and businessman in the US, claiming that he drugged and assaulted her in 2003.

The lawsuit was filed by McKinney against Diddy on Tuesday at the federal district court in Manhattan, making her the sixth person to accuse him of s3xual assault.

According to McKinney, she met the rapper during the Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York.

She stated that she was invited by Diddy to a space in New York City where they were drinking and smoking marijuana with a group of men. McKinney also claimed to have been given a joint that she suspected was laced with a harmful substance.

Despite expressing that she had enough, McKinney alleged that Diddy insisted she continue drinking and smoking and then took her to the bathroom against her will.

In the lawsuit, McKinney described how Diddy forced himself on her, kissing her, pushing her head to his crotch, and demanding s3xual acts from her.

The lawsuit follows other accusations against Diddy, including one from Cassie in 2023 and more recently from Joi Dickerson-Neal and another woman, all claiming s3xual misconduct by the rapper.

These claims have brought Diddy under scrutiny and legal action, with the most recent lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who accused Diddy of s3xual harassment and drugging.
