  • The controversial actor made the disclosure while revealing the reason he was not present at the court during a hearing about the late Mohbad.

Nigerian actor cum film producer Yomi Fabiyi has alleged that his life is under threat as he claimed that he escaped assassination attempt just two nights ago.

The actor made this known while revealing the reason he was absent at late singer, Mohbad’s Coroner court on Monday.

According to Yomi Fabiyi, two days ago, he escaped from assassins and they still planned to kill him last night. He noted how if they had succeeded, he would have been buried by tomorrow.

Yomi Fabiyi denied accepting money from anyone, yet they are planning to waste his life because he is fighting for justice for late singer, Mohbad. The actor who revealed he is currently in hiding, said he can’t experiment with his life. Yomi Fabiyi said in part;

“I escaped from assassins two days ago and they still planned to Kpai me tonight. If they had succeeded, I would have been buried tomorrow. They will now waste me all because I am fighting for Justice. I didn’t collect money from anybody. I am just doing my own for God. I can’t use my body as an experiment. I ran for my life”.

His statement left some in doubt with others urging him to stay safe via the actor’s comment section.

Last month, the Yoruba actor announced his plans to conduct a private investigation into Mohbad’s death.

Yomi Fabiyi via his Instagram page, revealed that as a Human Rights activist, it was pertinent for him to investigate properly, dig deep, and search for clues and closure. He stated that it was the third day of his investigation.

Still, he would, however, not be giving details of his investigation to the public for his safety and the right to privacy.
