Verydarkman draws public attention to minors he met in cell arrested for allegedly flying Russian flag

Media personality and self-styled social media police, Martins Otse Vincent, better known as Verydarkman (VDM) has yet again pointed out another error in the Nigerian system.

VDM who was arrested yesterday for allegedly impersonating the Nigerian police by donning their uniform in a video he posted on social media lately was granted bail by a court today, 1st November.

Relentless in his works, he speedily beamed his light on children who had been locked in police cell for over 90 days (93 days precisely) for flying the Russian flag, causing them to be charged with treason.

He disclosed that he was in the same prison with them and while he was granted bail today, their case was adjourned and they are all heading back to prison.

VDM further raised concerns about the children’s health, as he showed how lean some of them have become while in the custody of the police. He fumed over the fact that they were all below 18 years of age and being held in such tough custody.

Sharing the video, he wrote:

“I am currently at the federal high court as we speak witness the craziest thing ever @officialasiwajubat how will your government charge kids with treason like wtf is going on,i woke up this morning in my cell room and when i stepped out to pee I noticed I was locked up with more than 20 kids who are all under 15 years old to make matters worst they have been in detention for 93 days,this is not fair on all levels @officialasiwajubat please temper justice with mercy and let these kids go home,their mothers are outside the court house crying,this is not fair let these kids go home please.”
