- Big Craze the former producer of the Psquare brothers has broken his silence following allegations of song theft.
- This comes after Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy accused his twin brother, Peter Okoye Mr P of stealing his song and threatened the producer.
- Explaining his own side of the story via his Instagram story, the producer asked if any of it was his fault.
Vampire Craze, the producer behind Peter Okoye’s newly released song ‘Winning’, has responded to theft allegation made by Peter’s twin brother Paul Okoye known as Rudeboy.
On Friday, Rudeboy accused Peter who performs as Mr. P of stealing his song.
Paul took to Instagram to make the allegation after Peter announced the release of ‘Winning’ on social media.
He claimed ownership of the song, sharing a version he said he wrote and recorded with the same producer Peter worked with.
Rudeboy questioned how Peter could release a different version of the track, noting that he intended to include it in his 2025 album.
The producer responded on his Instagram Story, clarifying his role.
He stated that ‘Winning’ was produced for the duo P-Square in 2022, while they were still working together.
The producer emphasised that it wasn’t his responsibility to decide who ultimately releases the song. Craze wrote, sharing a picture of himself in the studio with the duo.:
“I produced and recorded ‘Winning’ for Psquare in 2022. I sent stems to P-Square in 2022 for mixing and mastering.
“I got paid and I left Lagos. Two years later, one Square released the song, how is that my fault? Na me dey manage P-Square?”
This incident is the latest in a series of conflicts between the brothers whose long-standing feud led to P-Square’s split years ago.
Recently, Paul alleged that Peter petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against him. Peter denied the allegation, saying the petition was against their elder brother Jude Okoye.
