Actress and content creator Diva Gold Olukemi-Niyi Aluko has shared her perspectives on men’s reactions to women’s success.

In an interview with the beats, she stated that only selfish men feel threatened by women’s success, emphasizing that a supportive partner should celebrate their partner’s accomplishments.

She said:

Only a man that is selfish and gullible will be intimidated by a woman’s success. You should be happy that your woman is successful. There are so many women that if they are successful, the man becomes the luckiest man on earth.”

When asked about her personal experiences with romantic advances from women, she said :

“I don’t really get sexual advances from women, I get it mostly from men. But there was a time that happened. The person wanted me to be close to her. I didn’t come forth as she expected so we lost contact and I didn’t show interest. But I know what the person was driving at. I didn’t want it to get deep, so I kept my distance.”

Regarding her acting career, Diva Gold attributed her ability to portray older characters to grace and God-given talent.

She emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication, citing her versatility as an actor and her commitment to continually developing her skills.

She stated:

“I would say its grace and God because there is no talent that I have that isn’t from God. If God gives me the talent and I don’t put in the work, it might be a waste. Aside from having the talent, I also put in the work. I watch other people too, and watch movies to add more skills to my talent. I am a versatile actor, I can pull off any role that I want to pull off.”
