This milestone was achieved following the debut of Wizkid’s latest album, ‘Morayo’, which entered the Billboard 200 chart at number 98, with an impressive 13,000 units sold in its first week.
The new achievement places Wizkid alongside Burna Boy, with both artists now boasting four albums each on the prestigious Billboard 200 chart.
Music analytics platform, Chart Data, confirmed the feat in a post on X.
“Wizkid ties Burna Boy as the Nige inrian artist with the most charting albums in Billboard 200 history (4 each),” the post read.
In addition to its Billboard 200 success, *Morayo* made waves on the Billboard World Albums chart, where it debuted at number 4.
Meanwhile, Davido could soon join this elite list of Nigerian artists with four charting albums.
