Speaking during a revealing sit-down with Oyinmomo TV, Austin held nothing back as he recounted the harrowing experiences that pushed him to the edge, forced him to leave the country out of fear for his life.

In his heartfelt revelations, the actor lamented how marketers in the movie industry, wielding immense power, orchestrated a sinister plot to bring about his downfall simply because he refused to conform to their demands.

He boldly named some of the industry’s biggest stars, Femi Adebayo, Odunlade Adekola, Lateef Adedimeji, Fathia Williams, and Toyin Abraham—as beneficiaries of the platform he built through his groundbreaking and widely celebrated films.

Austin described how these actors gained prominence through the roles he crafted for them in his sold-out productions, roles that cemented their places in the hearts of fans and in the annals of Yoruba cinema.
