This unexpected sighting reignited memories of the duo’s infamous 2021 fallout.. Once thick as thieves, Regina and Jaruma’s friendship unraveled publicly when Regina disowned Jaruma and distanced herself from the swirling rumors of using Jaruma’s kayamata products to ‘bind’ her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko.
Jaruma hit back hard, accused Regina of breaching a contract and revealing she allegedly paid the actress a hefty N10 million to promote her products.
What started as whispers of a soured deal quickly escalated into a scandal, with Jaruma taking digs at Ned Nwoko himself, provocations that led to her arrest and brief remand in prison after Ned filed a defamation suit.
