The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has sparked controversy with its response to a candidate over misspelling ‘punish’.
This follows its recent announcement that 1.5 million candidates who participated in the 2025 UTME examination scored below 200.
However, following the announcement, a candidate identified as Expensive on X (formerly Twitter) called for divine punishment on the board if his score isn’t up to 200.
His tweet reads,“If my score no pass 200, God go punish una 💯”.
In response, JAMB tweeted, “Mind your launguage”.
