Vance Luther Boelter, a 57-year-old suspect, reportedly arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Minnesota Democratic lawmaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark.
According to reports, Vance Boelter allegedly shot Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, while impersonating a police officer.
Reports indicate Boelter was arrested near his Green Isle farm after police found his abandoned vehicle, containing personal belongings including a hat, in a rural area southwest of Minneapolis.
A target list containing Democratic lawmakers, abortion providers, and institutions was discovered in the vehicle Boelter left at Hortman’s home, which resembled a police SUV.
The vehicle also contained additional materials, including a handgun.
