After wiping wedding photos from Instagram and posting cryptic rants, nightlife personality and actor Idowu ‘Yhemolee’ Adeyemi has broken his silence on swirling rumours about trouble in his marriage to Oyin Tayo, aka Thayour B.

The couple, who tied the knot in September 2024 and welcomed their first child, a son, in January 2025, have recently set tongues wagging after deleting all wedding and romantic photos from Instagram.

The move immediately sparked speculation of a split, especially after Yhemolee began sharing emotionally loaded posts.

One of his most talked-about lines read:

“Useless set of women everywhere! Better don’t die for woman! Your loss bro!! The bitches don’t care!”

Another message hinted at a period of self-reflection:

“Isolation is your gift. It feels like punishment at first… but in that silence, something powerful happens. You stop chasing external validation… No one is coming to save you.”

In yet another cryptic update, he teased:

“Proud to announce that I am making a bad decision but I’m not telling y’all what it is so you can’t stop me.”

Switching to Snapchat, Yhemolee doubled down with posts that appeared to call out unappreciative women. He wrote:

“The fastest way for a man to hate you is when you never acknowledge his sacrifices positively and undermine his efforts… Most women only look out for men’s fault hence why some of you end up with demons!”

However, in a follow-up, Yhemolee attempted to downplay the marital crisis chatter, claiming his posts were inspired by Kemi Adetiba’s To Kill a Monkey series. He shared:

“Agenda must agend. So even if I get crisis na people wey never chop since yesterday I go come tell? 😂 Me wey don dey rake since I watch TKAM. My family dey go enjoy life like this. Make una dey there dey cry for Ijegun.”
