Jimalita Tillman, a female fan of renowned singer, Usher, has reportedly filed a $20 million lawsuit against Shannon Sharpe and his co-host, Ochocinco Johnson.

The alleged lawsuit stems from Shannon Sharpe’s comment about a viral video of Usher and Jimalita Tillman at a concert on April 2, 2025, where they shared a flirtatious moment.

According to the lawsuit, Shannon Sharpe and Ochocinco falsely stated on their podcast that Jimalita Tillman was married and her husband was divorcing her due to her flirtatious moment with Usher.

However, Jimalita Tillman, a single mother of one and global director of the Harold Washington Cultural Center, claims she is not married and the false statements could damage her reputation and cause emotional distress.

This report comes on the heels of Shannon Sharpe settling a $50 million lawsuit and subsequently departing from ESPN (Entertainment and Sports Programming Network).
