Nigerian movie star, Georgina Onuoha has dragged her colleague, Chioma Akpotha for crying out over the mishaps done in her polling unit yesterday, February 25th.
WITHIN NIGERIA earlier reported that Chioma went in Instagram live to lament over how thugs disrupted voting at her polling unit.
The actress alleged that other women had mistreated her. She caught video of the moment political thugs agitated and scattered her voting unit..
In response, Georgina recounted how during 2019 General Election, Chioma slid into her DM and asked her to stop sharing posts decrying the rigging and violence experienced in some parts of the country .
According to her, Chioma told her to think of her brand as such posts could be harmful to her status and brand. Reacting, Georgina blasted Chioma and the latter unfollowed her.
Georgina mocked Chioma for screaming out of lungs because yesterday’s election violence affected her directly.
She slammed Chioma for only showing bravery, compassion and empathy because it affects her directly.
Parts of her caption reads;
“There were various videos of thugs attacking people and carting away with ballot boxes. If you all remember vividly one thug in Okoya was almost killed by voters in Lagos when he tried snatching ballots.
While I was posting those updates, Chioma Akpotha felt the need to tell me to stop. That u have a brand to protect and that I should say the election was peaceful.
She will never forget my responses to ti her and she unfollowed me and I blocked her as well. It is incumbent to end friendships with people who lack or sell their integrity and dignity for a few personal gains, I cut you off.”
