Popular Nigerian movie director, Kingsley Anosike was laid to rest amid tears by his wife, Chioma Chijioke Anosike.
In videos making the rounds, Chioma was seen in uncontrollable tears as she bid farewell to her husband and praised the life he lived. Her hubby’s coffin was lifted by some men who headed towards his grave.
A crowd was seen gathered at the church and burial site while mourning voices were heard in the background.

The funeral was also characterized by outpouring of tributes and eulogies for the departed, from Colleagues, Rita Edochie, Ebele Okaro, others.
Veteran Actor, Harry B and other Nollywood stars were also in attendance.

Kingsley slumped and died during a football match in Kuwait on Saturday, February 18th, 2023.
The renowned filmmaker relocated to Kuwait in November 2022, with plans to establish a studio in the Asian country before his untimely passing.
In a post earlier this month, the Nollywood star’s wife penned a farewell message to her late husband as she wrote:
“Odogwu dim Dim oma This month is the month I will officially bid you farewell it’s getting dawn on me that I won’t see you again the worst day of my life was the last day of yours.”
