Periwinkle to unveil new estate in Awka

Periwinkle, an Anambra-based property development firm, says it would soon commence a new project in the state capital, Awka.

A statement by the firm said the project would bolster housing and infrastructural development in the state.

The project, Bethlehem City, is a 30 hectares concession by the Anambra State Government delineated for site and services.

According to the firm, the project launch is scheduled for September 2023 and is strictly on private subscription to selected buyers.

The CEO of Periwinkle Residences, Chiedu Nweke, restated the firm’s commitment to ensuring that the project is executed in record time and in compliance with the state agreement stipulations.

The statement added that the launch of Bethlehem City would not only address the housing needs in the region but also lay the foundation for improved infrastructure that would contribute to the overall prosperity of the state and its residents. He said, This project launch by Periwinkle not only highlights the company’s dedication to transforming the Anambra State but also demonstrates the potential for private sector initiatives to drive accelerated growth in housing and infrastructure. With this endeavour, the state inches closer to its vision of becoming a model for sustainable urban development in Nigeria.
