Big Brother Naija all stars housemate, Chukwuemeka Okoye, popularly known as Frodd, has recently spilled the beans about his extravagant wedding, revealing that he splurged over N30 million on the grand celebration.

He revealed this while discussing with his fellow housemate, Cross.

He advised Cross to save enough money before thinking about getting married.

Speaking further, Frodd stated that he spent N5 million on his wife’s bride price and a few other items while displaying to Cross his traditional wedding photo album.

He claimed that he also spent N2 million on each parent’s attire, and N15 million on drinks.

In his words:

If you are trying to get married, keep money in bulk. I spent like N30 million for my traditional wedding. Bride price and a few little things took 5 million, parents’ outfits took like 1-2 million each and drinks took up to 15 million.”

Frodd recounts his conversation with his pregnant wife as he addresses being on the show despite his wife’s pregnancy.

Frodd made it known to his fellow housemates that he had no intention of attending the show.

He stated that he had checked the Twitter hashtag for his name and discovered netizens implying that he would not be appearing in the All Stars edition due to his wife’s pregnancy.

Frodd said that he considered not appearing on the reality show, but his wife pushed.

He claimed that his wife had maintained that since they have a greater understanding of their own home than the general public, whatever anyone wants to say is none of their business.
