Bimpe Akintunde writes open letter to Bisola Badmus amid health issue

Nigerian film actress, Bimpe Akintunde aka Wasila Coded has written an open letter to her colleague, Bisola Badmus, apologizing for not standing by her during her tough time.

On Monday while marking her birthday, Bisola Badmus opened up on her battle with a brain disease called, Encephalopathy.

She stated that she was marking her day with sound health after battling illness for over a year, which she can’t wish for her enemy.

Expressing gratitude to her creator, she noted how He is unquestionable, while appreciating her colleagues and business associates for standing by her.

Reacting to the health challenge reveal of her friend and colleague, Bimpe Akintunde took to Instagram to tender a heartfelt apology to Bisola Badmus as she revealed that thoughts of the birthday girl always crosses her mind and she always prays for her.

Calling her several sweet names, Akintunde added that it was their thanksgiving for her life. Sharing a photo of Bisola, Bimpe Akintunde wrote:

Thanking God for being alive to be able to celebrate her birthday on Monday, December 4th, 2023, Bisola Badmus penned a lengthy note about how tough a year it has been, especially with her illness.

The baby mama of Fuji singer, Kwam1 said she has been battling with encephalopathy for over a year. In her lengthy birthday note, she stated that she couldn’t wish her enemy such an illness as it was a tough one.

Encephalopathy: A broad term for any brain disease that alters brain function or structure.

Bisola Badmus then noted how she also lost her mother this year, making life even harder for her. She stated all these led to her absence from social media for a while.
