Controversial Nollywood actor , Uche Maduagwu, advises Afrobeats singer Davido on his choice of friends.

Uche Maduagwu claims that Davido’s friends are impeding his spiritual development as a musician.

He asserted that Davido might take longer to win a Grammy if he keeps associating with people like Tunde Ednut and the Cubana Chief Priest.

Davido, the people you surround yourself with are draining your music growth spiritually. ???? Its now so bad that even Buju, Tacha, Phyna and others dey shade you like kilode.

Tunde dey reduce your brand, abeg, what does Chief Priest do for a living again? ???? If you continue like this, Portable go win Grammy before u”.

In another story, Uche Maduagwu drags Judy Austin into the mud over advice to young girls.

Judy Austin had addressed young ladies, admonishing them for focusing on relationships instead of their studies, sparking a heated response from Uche Maduagwu.

During the sermon, Judy Austin had urged young women to prioritize their education over chasing relationships.

She expressed concern over the trend of neglecting academic responsibilities in favour of pursuing romantic interests.

This commentary, however, did not sit well with Uche Maduagwu, who quickly took to social media to criticize Austin’s moral standing.

Uche Maduagwu accused Austin of being morally and spiritually bankrupt, referencing her past actions, including allegedly becoming pregnant for a married man.

He argued that someone with such a history had no right to offer advice on virtuous living.

The actor pointedly questioned Austin’s credibility, especially given her current association with Yul Edochie, a married man.

He went on to suggest that before Austin advised Nigerian ladies on leaving men and focusing on studies, she should introspectively examine her own life choices.
