Nigerian multi-platinum Afro R&B singer, songwriter, and record producer Dare Art Alade popularly known as Darey and his serial entrepreneur wife, Deola Alade have marked their 18th wedding anniversary.

WITHIN NIGERIA reported that the power couple shared beautiful videos and photos of themselves via a joint Instagram post, while detailing lessons learnt in their journey of love for the past 18 years.

1. Darey Art Alade is a 42 year old multi-talented singer and show host who’s launch into international limelight began with his excellent performance as a contestant on Project Fame Africa in 2004, making him one of Nigeria’s leading RnB stars. His wife, Adeola Art Alade, born December 15 is a producer, design expert and serial entrepreneur.
2. Darey and Deola are co-founders of Livespot360, a billion-Naira creative agency. Livespot360 has organised several concerts and festivals in Nigeria, which have featured appearances from African and international superstars alike, including Grammy award winners Kelly Rowland, Ciara, Cardi B and global super influencer and TV personality Kim Kardashian.
3. The power couple are both in the entertainment business and have carved a niche for themselves, each excelling in their own uniqueness, as well as collectively.
4. Darey Art Alade is a trained music graduate of the University of Lagos while Deola is a trained graphics expert from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

In a joint Instagram post, Deola said their union of 18 years have been filled with love, lessons, laughter, tears, joy, trials, victories and growth. She stated that they have come to embrace their imperfections because love is not perfect.
