American singer and rapper Jhene Aiko has been left reeling after her home in Los Angeles was ravaged by a fierce fire, leaving her and her children without a place to call their own.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Jhene revealed the devastating news, stating that her home, along with all her belongings, was reduced to ashes.
She wrote: “Me and my children’s home is gone; burned to the ground with all of our things inside. Lord have mercy.
“Thankful we still have each other, starting from scratch. My heart is so heavy.”
The fast-moving fire, which broke out in the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday night, has left a trail of destruction in its wake.
The blaze has already incurred damages and economic losses estimated to be at least $52 billion, making it the most expensive wildfire in California’s history.
In the midst of the terrifying wildfire in Los Angeles, Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade returns to Nigeria.
According to the movie star, her friends in the city have been affected, and she may have to evacuate. She also prayed to God to help the people to overcome the wildfires which have claimed about five lives. She wrote:
