- Timini Egbuson opined that it’s in the process of chasing women that men often compromise.
- He boasted that he knew his worth and would rather attract than chase women.
Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has shared his view on why he chooses not to chase women.
According to him, chasing can lead to insincere actions and words, as people may compromise their values in an attempt to win someone over.
Timini Egbuson advocates for a confident approach, where one’s self-worth is their primary focus.
Speaking in a recent interview with YouTuber, Korty EO, he said:
“I don’t lead girls on and I don’t chase. It’s in the process of chasing that guys are moved to do things that are not sincere or say things that are not true.
“For me, I just there like, I know my worth.”
In an earlier interview, Timini Egbuson opens up on why he is still single.
He expressed frustration with brief romantic encounters, citing their fleeting nature as a source of his dissatisfaction.
The actor attributed the prevalence of short-lived relationships to the influence of social media and online advice.
According to him, people often abandon relationships after being exposed to unrealistic expectations and misinformation online.
He said:
“Sometimes, it does get lonely. Because you’ve got everything and obviously, you’ve understood the power of the energy that’s surrounding your space, so you’re not just going to let any and anybody in.
“I am personally, tired of temporary connections when you meet somebody and after getting to know them, they leave. It gets tiring.
“People are quick to leave relationships because we are in a woke generation now where there’s a lot of misinformation going on, on how a perfect relationship should be. Maybe your man is treating you right, then you go on TikTok and you see something like, ‘Seven Signs He Is Not Your Man’ and if it resonates with your reality a bit, you dump your relationship”.
