Tragedy strikes as Shimite Bello, Special Adviser to Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, on Trade and Export passes away from alleged poisoning.
According to a report from investigative journalist, Stella Dimokorkorus, Shimite Bello was in stable health prior to her pasing, raising concerns about her unresponsiveness to Easter messages.
Furthermore, Bello’s maid informed her elder brother that her husband locked her in a room, prompting his swift visit.
However, she was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
According to SP Bright Edafe, Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Shimite Bello’s husband reported her death to security operatives and was subsequently taken into custody due to threats from her family.
Meanwhile, condolences have poured in for her family and close associates as investigations into her demise are underway.
