For the past 5 years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating skits using laughter, storytelling, and real-life moments to entertain. This journey has been nothing short of amazing.”

Nasboi, who started out by mimicking singer Davido before growing into a full-blown comedy star, said he came to this decision after deep reflection and prayer. He added:

Meanwhile, in June, a recent online clash between Nasboi and Sabinus caught many fans off guard. What seemed like harmless teasing quickly turned sour when Sabinus warned Nasboi to steer clear of him.

In response, Nasboi openly mocked Sabinus’s comedy style, suggesting his jokes always ended on a sad note.

Things got more intense when Sabinus questioned why Nasboi abandoned skit-making for music. Nasboi didn’t hold back either, he clapped back by challenging Sabinus to try music himself and even threw in a ₦1 million dare, saying Sabinus could only manage an intro and outro on a track.
