Tonto Dikeh declares “peace over disgrace” in powerful new message

Nollywood star and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has shared a bold and heartfelt message about choosing peace over chaos as she reflects on her life journey at 40.

In an Instagram post, the actress, fondly called “King Tonto” by fans said she has made a “conscious, unwavering choice” to prioritize peace above all else. She credited her strength to El-Roi (the God who sees me), whom she says fights her battles silently and delivers her victories openly. She wrote:

“Truth needs no defense; in His time, it shall be revealed, not by my hand, but by His divine orchestration.

“To those awaiting my fall into chaos, you clearly do not know WHO I AM… NOR WHOSE I AM. No man born of a woman can strip me of my joy.”

Tonto also declared that she does not “wrestle with mortals,” emphasizing that her legacy will speak for itself and her “seed” will carry her strength into the future.

She described herself as “rooted, healed, and dangerously in love” with herself, calling her current phase of life a “sacred space of self-love” where she is both “sanctuary and fire.”

The actress rounded off her post with a fiery declaration against negativity, writing:

“Excuse me to say, f*** the devil. She who is seen, shielded, and unstoppable.”

Tonto Dikeh’s statement comes at a time when she has been in the spotlight for her political ambitions, philanthropic projects, and her fearless social media presence.
