The Bruised star, 55, jumped around and frolicked on the beach in an eye-catching gold one-piece with cut outs on the sides as she frolicked next to her trainer, A-list celebrity fitness guru Peter Lee Thomas.
The Academy Award winner also shared a motivational caption, writing: ‘Guess what? #FitnessFriday is coming BACK y’all!!!’

The special moment was led by Halle’s son Maceo, 8, whose father is French actor Olivier Martinez, 56. Berry told AARP The Magazine of the commitment ceremony.
‘My son, Maceo, of his own volition did this little commitment ceremony for us in the back seat of the car. I think he finally sees me happy, and it’s infectious. It was his way of saying, This is good. I like this. This makes me happy,’ she said.
