Jen Shah doesn’t know her prison time could be decades if found guilty

Shah-barrassing.

Jen Shah stunned Andy Cohen at the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” reunion by admitting she does not know the length of the prison sentence she faces if found guilty in her upcoming trial.

“You’re being charged with fraud and money laundering. There’s one charge that’s 30 years and one charge that’s 20 years, is that right?” Cohen asked Shah in a trailer released Friday.

“I ’t know,” Shah, 48, responded.

“You don’t know what the charge is?” Cohen, 53, interjected, his mouth agape.

It’s possible Shah is not keeping up with the numbers because she is so insistent that she will prove her innocence in court, as she once again denied in the teaser any wrongdoing.

“Innocent until proven guilty,” she preached in another scene.

The judge set Smith’s sentencing for March 3, and he was released on bail. Smith faces a maximum combined sentence of 70 years in prison.

Shah, who has maintained her not guilty plea, faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted.

The reality star’s arrest has been a focal point throughout the second season of the Bravo show, with many of the cast members questioning whether she was, in fact, involved in the nationwide scheme.

“Do you know how f–king scared I am?” she tearfully asked her husband, Sharrieff Shah, in one episode.

Most recently, Jen’s team filed a request to exclude “RHOSLC” footage from her trial, which begins in March.
