Scherri-Lee Biggs says goodbye to the Today show; returns 'to the road'

Scherri-Lee Biggs has won over Today show viewers while filling in for weatherman Tim Davies over the holiday season.

And on Wednesday, the 31-year-old Perth native announced on air she was heading back ‘on the road’ after presenting in the Sydney studio for ‘one time only’.

‘Guys, this is a one-time only for me in the studio. I’m back on the road tomorrow; I’m heading to Umina, which I’m told is a beautiful part of New South Wales,’ she told fill-in hosts Charles Croucher and Sarah Abo, and fill-in newsreader Christine Ahern.
