Stacey was joined by Joe, 40, who looked dapper in a black suit and bow tie which he paired with a crisp white shirt.
The couple, who got engaged on Christmas eve in 2020, gazed into one another’s eyes as they beamed for photos.

Stacey revealed in the caption: ‘Here we go… Off to the Baftas with my best friend. Couldn’t do any of it without you.
‘Never felt so nervous & proud… No matter what I’m so grateful to even have been nominated. Never ever ever did I think I’d be saying that.
‘Thank you all for your constant kindness and support. To the moon and back. Happy Sunday everyone. Lots of love from your bafta nominated neat freak.’

Taking to her Instagram Story, the star admitted that she ‘can’t remember the last time she wore heels and dressed up and went out.’
She added: ‘I’m so goofy and gangly the idea of walking down a carpet make me shudder, but I’ve never felt so proud to be going somewhere and be up for an award.
‘In the 13 years that I’ve been doing this – that has never happened.’
She finished the long message of asking fans to ‘pray for me that I don’t fall over.’

Channel 4 series It’s A Sin leads the nominations at the BAFTA television awards where it is in the running for 11 gongs.
Landscapers, which starred Olivia Colman, has received seven nominations while Channel 4’s acclaimed pandemic-set drama Help, starring Jodie Comer and Stephen Graham has earned six nods.
Another Stephen Graham led drama Time has also received six nods as has the comedy We Are Lady Parts.
There are five nominations for Sex Education and four for A Very British Scandal
It’s A Sin, written and created by Queer As Folk and Doctor Who screenwriter Russell T Davies, tracked a group of gay men and their friends as they navigated the UK’s HIV/Aids crisis throughout the 80s and early 90s.
The show’s 11 nominations, comprising of five in the craft categories and six in the television awards categories, include nods for Davies in the writer drama category, as well as a leading actor nomination for singer Olly Alexander for his role as Ritchie Tozer.
