Akeju Abass, also known as Akeju, the campaign director for Faces of Afrobeats, has announced new ambassadors for the prestigious online music campaign.
Tayc, a Cameroonian-French singer, joins King Promise, Perola, Gyakie, 1da Banton, and Spice Diana as new campaigners.
The organisers of the music project stated in a press release that the new reps have all made significant contributions to spreading Afrobeat sounds around the world and deserve to be recognized.
Faces of afrobeats is a new initiative launched by prime music partners to highlight influential Afrobeats artistes on the African continent.
The campaign which started in 2021 has featured legendary and Beninese Grammy-award winning singer AngĂŠlique Kidjo, P-square, 2face, Flavour, Fireboy Dml, Simi, Reekado banks, Diamond platnumz amongst others.

The playlist of the campaign, which is on Spotify, has also been featured on New York Times Square, New Jersey, Los Angeles and other notable Billboards.
