Sensational afrobeats singer, Rema has had Nigerians questioning his true heritage following a video of the superstar on a TV show in India.

Rema who recently shut down the Asian country in a recent concert made an appearance on a television program.

In the video that has emerged on social media, the Singer can be seen dancing and singing as he entertained the crowd.

Rema also left viewers in stitches after he was able to successfully mimic the show host by repeating some phrases in Hindi.

He also danced energetically with them on stage.

Reacting to the video like many netizens, Tunde Ednut wrote: “Finally, the Indians have taken Rema from us”

The video shared couple of minutes ago has attracted various reactions.

He said in the interview:

“You see Afrobeats, I want to take it to the next level. I want us to get into the India zone. Why can’t we shut down India?”

Rema bubbled with excitement on social media in the sense that after three years, he was finally able to shut down India and he thanked the country as well as those that believed in him.

The ‘Calm Down’ crooner tweeted;
