Popular blogger Tosin Silverdam shares the devastating news of his father’s passing.
Through his words, Tosin conveyed the magnitude of his father’s loss.
On his Instagram story, Tosin shared a video of his father’s coffin being lowered gradually into the ground while a preacher said prayers over it.
In a different clip, he also included a video of some men lugging the coffin to the grave they had dug out.
Emotionally shattered and filled with grief, Tosin opened up about the immense pain he experienced as he watched his beloved father being lowered to the grave.
The blogger later revealed in another post that he cried when covering his father’s coffin with sand because he realized at that very time that he would not come back.
Just two days before his father passed away, according to Tosin, he had spoken with him and planned to bring food and a deep freezer he had bought for his mother.
According to the socialite, he had even bought his father some medicine the day before he passed away and was purposely refusing to answer his calls as he knew his father would want to express his gratitude.
He wrote:
“That Feeling When They Are Burying Your Father And You Have To Pour Sand On His Grave. I Cried, Like I Cried. That Was When It Dawned On Me.
The Man I Still Spoke To 2 Days Before, Planning To Go Give Them Food Stuff And The Deep Freezer I Bought For My Mum.
I Still Sent Money For Druggs A Day Before He Died, He Called Me To Thank Me But I Purposely Missed His Call With The Hope To Call Him Later Cos I Knew He Just Wanted To Thank Me. It Is Well.”
