- Omobewaji, the wife of street-hop artiste, Portable, has filed a petition against DJ Chicken, accusing him of attempting to blackmail her, threatening her life and that of her family members.
- In the petition, Omobewaji disclosed that DJ Chicken had attempted to blackmail her by claiming that he had a tape of her and a man, seeking that she dance to his tune or get exposed.
Omobewaji, the wife of the well-known singer, Portable, has taken legal action by filing a complaint with the police against DJ Chicken, accusing him of attempting to blackmail and threaten her and her family.
In her formal petition to the police, Omobewaji detailed the distressing situation, stating that DJ Chicken had initiated threats and attempted to blackmail her by claiming to possess a tape of her and a man.
Despite her initial disregard for his claims, DJ Chicken escalated the situation by sending threats to harm her and her family.
Omobewaji, emphasizing her commitment to law-abiding behaviour, sought the intervention of the police to address the criminal activities of DJ Chicken and his associates who have allegedly made life unbearable for her and her family.
She wrote:
“I am a law abiding woman and happily married with kids for my husband. I wish to kindly bring to your notice the criminal activities of the aforementioned person and his cohorts who have vowed to make life unbearable for me and my family.”
“Some few months ago the said DJ. Chicken called me and started threatening to exposed me via social media platforms that he have a video of me having sex with someore and that if I don’t cooperate, he will publish it online.”
“At first 1 thought it was a joke until recently he started sending me threaten Messages that he will come after me and my family since I choose not to agreed to his demand just of recent some strange numbers started calling me and promised to kill me and my family.”
“Sir kindly use your good office to come to our aid. Sir, as I speak none of us can go out for fear of being killed by this Abiodun Ademola (a.k.a) DJ. Chicken.”
